about me:

Introduction
This Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document gives in detail all the requirements to have some acquiantance with Software 'ME'. It will form the basis for designing, developing & implementing the decree of frendship with the concerned software 'ME'.

Origin: Venus
(All Men Belonged to Mars n Women were on Venus b4 they decided to go on a picnic (unfortunately at concurrent time) at the beautiful planet called Earth n decided to settle down there only!! No??Well....who believes Darwin anyway! :D)

Location
The perfuntory system ME is being dealt with by junta at KEC,Dwarahat with the support of associated faculties. (Like ?? C'mon how on earth u sense a fellow Hu...Software?).The 'good-for-nothing' processing system at YGH(Yamunotri girls Hostel ) is although computerized but available on obsolete technology i.e. MTW KOBOL( Much time wasting_KEC -oriented-Bol ) under 'Serenexx' environment which needs to be changed for compatibility and support.

Operating environment
Hardware platform -
Recides on a very cute system with Chubby Cheeks n Hard-to-manage hair. Known about for midget stature n her complementary choice;)(??)

Processor: Processing speed is remarkably slow. The system often tries to buy some xtra 'clock cycles' by using the pet user defined statement "Main Kya Kah Rahi Thi?" while trying to fetch the OPCODE for the next instruction.;D .There are no I/O buffers to enqueue the instructions so the system often forgets what instuction she was executing and the default SLEEP sub program is called. The system was designed for a multi-tasking environment but she switches on to a new task moments after starting the first one leading to a long queue of unfinished tasks. The queue is processed with FINO Algorithm(First In Never Out) and finally stored in secondary memory with the label 'things-i-wish-to-do.

Software components -
Front End: HTML.(Hyper tense n Motive less)
JAVA SERVER PAGES for server side programming.
DBMS:MYSQL.(My Strewn_Quagmire_coz_of_Lassitude)
NOTE: Though the database is updated (only the date changes:D) on a regular basis, more often the queries for data are not well entertained. This can be easily observed on the working environment of 'Examination Hall' under the threat of virus named XAMOPHOBIA. Also, due to some faults in Database connectivity the system's IVI (Interactive verbal Interface) is sometimes unable to recollect important data ,usually Names, and uses the keyword 'Vo'.For example "Aaj maine 'vo' movie dekhi or Ab mujhe 'Vo' novel padhna hai.

WeB SERVER: APACHE LUVCAT( The system loves cats..aah! they all are sho cute..arn't they??)

Finally,No SRS can specify the system in totality and Readers are appreciated to learn further about 'ME' by xperiencing the bond of frenship.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream--and not make dreams your master,
If you can think--and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it all on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings--nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much,
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

A person, full of certitude with Amicable personality, Sagacious by profession, arduous towards any work and have cogent attitude for each and every thing.

"Every person who wins in any understanding must be willing to cut all sources of retreat. Only by doing so can one be sure of maintaining that state of mind known as a burning desire to win - essential to success"

"When things go wrong as they sometimes will, When the road you're trudging seems all uphill, When funds are low and debts are high, And you want to smile but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit, Rest, if you must, but don't you quit...Don't give up till mercy"

"The miracle, or the power, that elevates the few is to be found in their industry, application, and perseverance under the prompting of a brave, determined spirit."

Now something really personal about me:
Others see me as sensible, cautious, careful and practical. They also see me as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. I am not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but I am that who's extremely loyal, having cool attitude to friends that I do make and who expect the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know about me realize it takes a lot to shake my trust in them, but equally that it takes for me a long time to get over it if that trust is ever broken.
Sometimes,I get sudden outbursts of anger and get out of control, I become another person and nothing can stand in your way. I am always curious and responsive to changes. Routine life is not the way I choose to live. Traveling and playing chess are my favorite hobbies because excitement is what you are after. I never stand around the one whom I dislike. My love comes and goes quickly. My strengths are seasoned and original. My weaknesses are rash, impatient and self-rigorous.

Our Stock Market :

Two Simpletons Aadhya and Padhya lived in a village. One day Aadhya went to the Village fair and bought a mule very cheaply at Rs.30.
Next day he bathe the mule and rode on it in the village square with poise . Everybody started praising Aadhya. Seeing that Aadhya sudden rise to fame was due to
the mule Padhya went to Aadhya and offered to buy the Mule for Rs.50. Sensing profit Aadhya sold the Mule to Padhya. Next day Padhya bathe the mule and rode on it in the village square. This time everybody praised
Padhya. Now Aadhya got jealous and bought back the mule from Padhya at Rs.100. This went on till the price of the Mule touch Rs.500.
Now a Saudagar( FII) came to the village and came to know of the Mule. He thought this Mule is magical and offered to buy it from Aadhya at a price of Rs.1000.
Aadhya gleefully sold the Mule to the Saudagar making a huge profit. Now at the Saudagar's place the price of Mule began increasing at a fast pace till it reached Rs.2000.
Now Aadhya seeing the demand of the Mule sold everything and went to the Saudagar to buy back the Mule. The Saudagar returned it to him at Rs.2000.
The very next day the villagers started spreading rumors that there is some fault in the Mule so the Saudagar must have sold it back to Aadhya.
Aadhya heard the rumors and felt restless. He went to Padhya and told him that he urgently needs money and he is ready to sell his Rs.2000 Mule at Rs.1500.
Padhya seeing a profit of Rs.500 bought the Mule. The next day Padhya heard rumors about the Mule and he desparately went back to Aadhya and told him to buy back the Mule and giving him whatever amount he wants to give.
Aadhya bought back the Mule for Rs.800.
Now Aadhya is feeding the Rs.800 Mule everyday in his courtyard dreaming that one day the Saudagar (FIIs) will return and buy his Mule again.

Rules of Comedy Writing

I was recently reading "Hitchhiker", a biography of Douglas Adams, and there was a mention of John Cleese's 3 rules of comedy writing, which are:

1. NO PUNS
2. NO PUNS
3. NO PUNS

Not all that helpful, right?
However, it got me thinking that there are quite a lot of theories about what makes good comedy. For example, Norm McDonald (you know, SNL) says he hates applause because it just means you said something the audience agrees with (e.g., some political remark like "Bush sucks!") and is not really funny.
And you remember Larry David saying that he didn't want any characters on "Seinfeld" to hug or learn anything (you know, become better people). "Seinfeld", of course, was firmly rooted in a world of sitcoms where the characters are trapped (doomed!) in their own amusingly defective psyches.
NOW THEN, can anyone suggest any other rules for comedy writing?

And here's a bonus question: there is a story of Lorne Michaels (SNL once again) looking at two pots of coffee and saying "Now, which one of these coffees is freshest?" And an observer thought "He even thinks in comedic pentameter!" Can anyone come up with other ordinary ideas expressed in "comedic pentameter"?

**********************************

"Ah, what time is it? You know, this watch was sold to me by my grandfather on his deathbed."
However, here is a clear example of a funnier revision of a funny idea:
(1) One summer my mother sent my sister and myself to Europe because she needed a vacation.
(2) My mother, one summer, decided she deserved a vacation. So she called up the travel agent and got tickets to Europe. For me and my sister.

Why do you laugh?

I've tought some about it and discovered that there are some main reasons why do you laugh:
1 - Because of the surprise - Most of the reason why you laugh is because the funny thing was so unexpected that you end up laughing, at least smiling.
2 - Because you get it - This is part of the surprise, the part where you get it. But i think it makes a different item because that's the reason why you laugh at intelligent jokes. Because you get it and most of the people don't. That's what makes Simpsons so hilarious.
3 - Because you can - This is more why you wouldn't laugh. If it's about black humour specially. Imagine some redneck talking all goofy, dribbling while speaking. Embarassing, huh? Yeah, but imagine now somebody telling about a redneck he talked to that talked this and that way, imitating while telling this. Hillarius stuff.

There are probably some other reason(s) why you laugh, I couldn't figure them all out. If you have any, just post it!

IT, BPO,…… KPO ?

What’s next after IT and BPO?
=====================

-- After witnessing strong growth in IT outsourcing services and BPO and establishing itself in the outsourcing arena, India is poised for a tremendous growth in the field of KPO - Knowledge process
outsourcing. The time has come for India to become an established KPO player as well.

-- KPO industry in India is currently estimated at around 5 billion USD and has grown at a CAGR of more than 50% in the last 4 to 5 years. A most recent survey and analysis estimates KPO outsourcing world wide to touch 16.7 billion USD by 2011. This implies an annual growth rate of 40%. Furthermore, the KPO industry in India is estimated to grow to 11.2 billion USD by 2011. With the stabilization of US majors and the Capital markets expected, the growth rate and the size of the opportunity could only improve.

-- KPO is poised for a strong growth and this growth can be compared with the growth of IT from the start of this century / end of previous century.

-- KPO belongs to a high value process chain where the achievement of the objective is highly dependent on the skills, domain knowledge and the experience of the people carrying out the activity.

-- KPO calls for the application of specialized domain pertinent knowledge of a high level. KPO is a combination of BPO – Business process outsourcing, RPO – Research process outsourcing and APO - Analysis proves outsourcing.

-- KPO derives it’s strength from the depth of Knowledge, Judgment and experience factor; BPO in more contrast is about size, volume and efficiency.

-- BPO is more of entering unsorted data into a black box, while KPO is about retrieving useful
information from the back box

===================================

Valuation !

As on today eClerx with FY09 sales of ~ Rs150Cr has business opportunity which runs
in billions of dollars. As per one estimate KPO business will be $17bn industry by 2010-11 and
India will do 70% of outsourcing which is ~12bn of business.

Assuming that 70% of the KPO outsourcing done in India ($17bn industry by 2010-11 x 70% outsourcing ~ $11.9bn by 2010-11). It means scale of opportunity is approx Rs 53,000Cr ($1 ~ Rs 45).

Assuming that eClerx is able to achieve only 10% of market share by 2010-11, which
throws a business of Rs5,300 Cr for eClerx which is almost 35 times more than the
current sales of eClerx which is just ~ Rs 150Cr.

Considering risk and unknown factors, eClerx will be able to give a return of at least 10
times in 3 years or even 20 times since it has sufficient head room to grow.

Mudar Patherya explains how to identify a bull market.

Mudar Patherya explains how to identify a bull market.

It's a bull market if you've woken up this morning with the feeling: "Thank god, it is Monday!"

• It's a bull market if the analyst takes a deep breath, runs his mind quickly across 1985, 1992, 2000 and says, "But it is different this time."

• It's a bull market if the MD is talking to you but looking at the CNBC ticker.

• It's a bull market if your son asks you for the meaning of 'support' and you confuse him with trend lines and candlesticks.

• It's a bull market if your sense of time evolves from 'I knew her from the time she was this small' to 'It was in those days when Webel-SL was only Rs 5…'

• It's a bull market when your broker says, "Lai liyo baapa, share jowa nahin maley!"

• It's a bull market if you discover a sudden respect for the middle-level accountant of a publicly listed company and suffix his name with a 'ji'.

• It's a bull market if every analyst advises caution but adds, "However, in the long term we are bullish."

• It's a bull market if you're suddenly discovered on the social circuit because you happen to be the husband of the wife who is a niece of the person who was a friend of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala's father 30 years ago.

• It's a bull market if people call you up to discuss the weather, the pollution, the nation, the Marxists and inevitably end up with, "Kuch khareedne laayak?"

• It's a bull market if everyone is convinced that the country has a great future but will still call you as soon as the market melts three per cent and ask, "Badhoo baraabar, ney?"

• It's a bull market if a Rs 10 crore profit becomes a Rs 15 crore profit quarter-on-quarter and you sneer dismissively, "Kuch ho nahin raha hai!"

• It's a bull market if you disinvest big time but prefer to leave the surplus with the broker saying, "Aaakhir aapko hi toh mujhe dena hai."

• It's a bull market if you apply the ROI (return on investment) concept to everything your wife says you need at home and grumble: "Yaad hai, if we had not bought the microwave oven but bought Saboo Sodium stock, today you would have been a queen riding an Alto…"

• It's a bull market if you see 25-year-olds trade derivatives arrogantly and come away feeling that you need to read Victor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning all over again.

• It's a bull market if you encounter a new species of professional who only works five days a week from 9.55 to 3.30 and responds to everything with 'Jalsaa chhey!'

• It's a bull market when housewives discover an undiscovered part of their personalities in the 90 minutes between putting the tadka on the daalm and picking pappu up from school by calling the broker and asking "Tewariji, aaj kya naya hai?"

• It's a bull market when the Opinion Democratisation Index peaks, usually manifested in 23-year-olds dismissing companies with a 10 per cent increase in earnings as 'chors'.

• It's a bull market when you ask why Prism Cement will go to Rs 81 and the answer is 'Kyonki website pey likha hain'.

• It's a bull market if Enam puts out a research report indicating that the stock could double in a year and you say 'Bus?'

• It's a bull market when the management is explaining its restructuring, business model and sustainability agenda and the analyst simply wants to know 'Lekin EPS kya aayega?'

• It's a bull market if the wife starts getting suspicious about an sms every two minutes on your cell phone, sneaks a look when you go to the loo, only to find 'Buy Nifty futures'.

• It's a bull market when you get a call from someone who you thought was a proud father of an MBA graduate but insists, "Aap mere bete ko aap ke under mein le leejiye, aadmi ban jaayega!"

• It's a bull market when people don't have more than Rs 223 in their pocket but discuss stake sales and numbers ending six zeroes.

• It's a bull market when you find it difficult to go on a vacation because somewhere deep inside you nurse the feeling that an unattended market might do something stupid behind your back.

• It's a bull market when Nandigram seems a 'jhanjhat' and Myanmar monks irrelevant.

• It's a bull market when a company with a turnover of Rs 1300 crore announces an expansion of Rs 16,000 crore, issues a statement, cuts ribbons and is photographed alongside the CM and all the hard work being put in by some outstanding business leaders suddenly looks like poultry raw material.

• It's a bull market when you read the front page of the pink papers and realise how small you are.

• It's a bull market if your daughter mentions 'Let us take a break' and your first recall is interrupted hours of trading due to the sun outage.

• It's a bull market when you get irritable on Saturday and Sunday.

• It's a bull market when you read a column like this and say, "What? No tip?" and hiss that your time was bloody wasted.

Spiritual Soul

@people

We will go with a daily one step routine....

Daily we had to follow one step and only one thing dnt indulge yourself in more than one step...

First step-

The deepest root of our Ocd is our emotional behaviour...OCDians r very emotional...
So first thing we have to do is lessen our emotional behaviour..
We have to work slowly on this first step,,,take 2 days time n make urself more strog to people...
Don't alwayzzz make urself the care taker of others...
Realize that they r given their seperate lives ...
They are responsible for all the things the r facing...n u need not to indulge urself in their activities...
OK,So keep urself cool,,,GOD is taking care of all...
Its difficult to make urself feel like this coz we are very much caretaker type...
But first we have to take care of ourselves

========================================

caring means-
caring of small things...
*caring of family members.....like i had to make my younger brother n sister happy,,take care of them..these kinda obsessions..caring shud b there but in limit...
*caring of things,,like checking mail twice thrice,,at smae time,,refreshing the webpage or desktop hundreds of times
*caring of havnt i said ne thing wrong to n e one

======================================
Scnd Step-

Take a long breathe. You all r lucky tht you know tht you have ocd, there r thousands who does'nt even know tht they r havin ocd..

So as you knw you are havin ocd,its eassy 4 u 2 cure it.
Whenever your mind is striked to do something again or for checking n recheking process, make urself understnd tht its jst your ocd.

I knw tht its difficult to distinguish between wats ocd n wat you shud really do.

Then jst make up your mind tht u hav to think practically tht watever u r bout to dois correct or not.

DONT OVERTHINK.Dnt take everything on ur self.

Think rite n do rite

========================================

The main thing is that how to make clear wat we really need to avoid.

Ocdians think tht they hav weak memory, but you jst feel like tht b’coz of lack of surety.

Daily take up one of your problems n work on it.

Like if you have a compulsion of cheking locks, stoves, switchs,ur bag, ur things, mny others,,etc.
Then for bout 5-6 days u make ur mind tht this is only my ocd.I have done tht work with full surety,so how cn it be wrong.

OCDIANS do their work with perfection, thts their advantage.work on advantages.

I know tht it will be very very very difficult for you to avoid compulsions, but remember you r controlling your mind and
You will not do tht work again n again.

JUST CONTROL YOUR STEPS.
Thtzz it.

===============================

Third step-

U hav to realize tht everything u do is under ur control.N GOD is watching you n suggesting u bout rite n wrong.jst listen to ur GOD n control ur activities.JUST CONTROL.

Realize tht whatever u do is not tht important, the only thing matters is tht u dnt do n ething tht hurt others.Nothing in u is out of ur control.

Realize tht OCD is ur power, don’t waste it in involving urself in unnecessary obsessions n compulsions.

Evr realized tht y u only r wid OCD,becoz,GOD has chosen u for something good to be done, but u r wasting it in ur own anxiety n satisfaction, n , u r blaming GOD tht he is forcing u for doing these unnecessary things.DONT DO THAT.

OCD is not a disorder. Its ur power, coz,it makes u more intelligent, logical, imaginative. So,Don’t imagine only the loses of everthing.

GOD wants u to do something important for this world, for its people.SO,forget everything n start a new beginning.

N don’t forget tht GOD alwayzz forgives u,now this is gonna help u, I think………….

The Dream is not what u see in sleep... Dream is the thing which doesn't let u sleep"
I want to live a life that matters !!

LIVE A LIFE THAT MATTERS

Ready or not, someday it will all come to an end.
There will be no more sunrises, no minutes, hours or days.
All the things you collected, whether treasures or forgotten, will pass to someone else.
Your wealth, fame and wordly power, will shrivel to irrelevance.
It will not matter what you owned or what you were owed.
Your grudges, resentments, frustrations, and jealousies will finally disappear.
So too, your hopes, ambitions, plans, and to-do lists will expire.
The wins and losses that once seemed so important will fade away.
It won't matter where you come from, or on what side of the tracks you lived, at the end.
It won't matter whether you were beautiful or brilliant.
Even your gender and skin colour will be irrelevant.

So What will matter ?
How will the value of your days be measured ?
What will matter is not what you bought, but what you built;
Not what you got, but what you gave.
What will matter is not your success, but your significance.
What will matter is not what you learned, but what you taught.
What will matter is every act of integrity, compassion, courage or sacrifice that enriched, empowered or encouraged others to emulate your example.
What will matter is not your competence, but you character.
What will matter is not how many people you knew, but how many will feel a lasting loss when you're gone.
What will matter is not your memories, but the memories that live in those who loved you.
What will matter is how long you will be remembered, by whom, and for what.
Living a life that matters doesn't happen by accident.
It's not a matter of circumstance, but of choice.

................ Choose to live a life that matters,,,,,,,,,,,WaStEd SoUl

THE PSU REFINERY -CUM-MARKETING COMPANIES WILL REMAIN UNDER PRESSURE FOR SOME TIME NOW.......ONE SHOULD AVOID THEM !!

ONE CAN INVEST SOME PART IN PIPE-MAKERS LIKE MAHARSHTRA SEAMLESS,WELPSUN GUJRAT AND MAN INDUSTIES !!

“Where'd the roads go? All I saw were rivers all over the place.”
Bush on his visit to Kerala
A 100% illiterately literate desi land where all the munkies who can tap on a keyboard with an internet connection is boastful about themselves in Orkut, a site where

Google employees are paid to generate jerk-off content for the jobless public. People of Kerala mull over their toddy drinking habbit and speak a popular

phonetically pleasing sign langauge called Malayalam, so they are referred as Mallus. When Mallus wake up in the morning, their primary ritual is to update their

Orkut profile and upload the latest buttogenic fotos in their colorful lungis and sarees, taken in a foreign land and self-glorify them by using Orkut publicity scraps.

Millions of such self-proclaimed intelligent immigrant monkeys wearing their lungies are spread all around the world doing business right from space to deepest point

down in the underworld. This makes the state of Kerala lying in the southern most Psunami-proof looking coastal part of India, the no:1 foreign currency earner on a

per capita basis, making it one of the most affluential regions in Asia.
Keralam'
God's Own Country Devil's Own People
Motto: "Love thy neighbor, as thee Loves thyself"
Anthem: "Manasamaine Varoo"
The state of Kerala in India
Capital DrumDrum
Previous capital madirasi (pandi pattanam)

Kerala is one of the survival place of endangered species like lion-tailed monkeys and ..... Kerala is the place where the communists made history by democratically

getting elected in 1957 to form a government for the first time in the world. The victory was a result of making a pre-election promise by the communist party that

they will bring technology from USSR to extract orderless Vodka from coconut trees and supply them free.
An axe-throwing competition was conducted by Mr. Shiva in Mount.Everest for the gods locally available (Sponsored by IBM; What * makes * you * Special).

Some chap called AxeRaman threw his axe in the wrong direction to the Arabean Ocean rather than White House. Eventually, he was disqualified but his misthrown

axe created Kerala (For God's sake don't ask how). Meanwhile, the winner was Mr. Ganesh (Top Secret: He is actually the son of Mr. Shiva himself) who threw his

axe to his own neck. Thankfully, Mr. Ganesh got a replacement with an elephant's head. Mr. Ganesh actually chose that one after rejecting a dog's head. Please note

that both dogs and elephants are in plenty in Kerala. Oops..that comes in bio-diversity section, isn't it....And meanwhile the axe now lies dormant in some pothole in

the M.C road (kalady side)..

People & Culture
People in this part of the world are primarily balck and heavily haired, anthropologist have found a link between the physical appearance of kerala pepole and bears.

They, the people, are found of playing big brother and keep an eye on everything that goes on in the neighbourhood, poking their noses into what is necessary and

what is not. What is perhaps the most surprising aspect of this population is that this group isnot restricted only to the island of kerala, no matter where you go you'll

find one malayali or the other, the legend goes that there is a thatukada on the surface of moon, serving the americans and russians since 1969.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength."
"The worst thing I can be is the same as everybody else. I hate that."

This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens."

"The woods are lovely dark and deep,

" The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that."...ROCKY
