We will go with a daily one step routine....
Daily we had to follow one step and only one thing dnt indulge yourself in more than one step...
First step-
The deepest root of our Ocd is our emotional behaviour...OCDians r very emotional...
So first thing we have to do is lessen our emotional behaviour..
We have to work slowly on this first step,,,take 2 days time n make urself more strog to people...
Don't alwayzzz make urself the care taker of others...
Realize that they r given their seperate lives ...
They are responsible for all the things the r facing...n u need not to indulge urself in their activities...
OK,So keep urself cool,,,GOD is taking care of all...
Its difficult to make urself feel like this coz we are very much caretaker type...
But first we have to take care of ourselves

caring means-
caring of small things...
*caring of family members.....like i had to make my younger brother n sister happy,,take care of them..these kinda obsessions..caring shud b there but in limit...
*caring of things,,like checking mail twice thrice,,at smae time,,refreshing the webpage or desktop hundreds of times
*caring of havnt i said ne thing wrong to n e one

Scnd Step-
Take a long breathe.You all r lucky tht you know tht you have ocd,there r thousands who does'nt even know tht they r havin ocd..
So as you knw you are havin ocd,its eassy 4 u 2 cure it.
Whenever your mind is striked to do something again or for checking n recheking process,make urself understnd tht its jst your ocd.
I knw tht its difficult to distinguish between wats ocd n wat you shud really do.
Then jst make up your mind tht u hav to think practically tht watever u r bout to dois correct or not.
DONT OVERTHINK.Dnt take everything on ur self.
Think rite n do rite

The main thing is that how to make clear wat we really need to avoid.
Ocdians think tht they hav weak memory,but you jst feel like tht b’coz of lack of surety.
Daily take up one of your problems n work on it.
Like if you have a compulsion of cheking locks,stoves,switchs,ur bag, ur things, mny others,,etc.
Then for bout 5-6 days u make ur mind tht this is only my ocd.I have done tht work with full surety,so how cn it be wrong.
OCDIANS do their work with perfection,thts their advantage.work on advantages.
I know tht it will be very very very difficult for you to avoid compulsions,but remember you r controlling your mind and
You will not do tht work again n again.
JUST CONTROL YOUR STEPS.

U hav to realize tht everything u do is under ur control.N GOD is watching you n suggesting u bout rite n wrong.jst listen to ur GOD n control ur activities.JUST CONTROL.
Realize tht whatever u do is not tht important,the only thing matters is tht u dnt do n ething tht hurt others.Nothing in u is out of ur control.
Realize tht OCD is ur power, don’t waste it in involving urself in unnecessary obsessions n compulsions.
Evr realized tht y u only r wid OCD,becoz,GOD has chosen u for something good to be done,but u r wasting it in ur own anxiety n satisfaction, n , u r blaming GOD tht he is forcing u for doing these unnecessary things.DONT DO THAT.
OCD is not a disorder.Its ur power,coz,it makes u more intelligent,logical,imaginative. So,Don’t imagine only the loses of everthing.
GOD wants u to do something important for this world, for its people.SO,forget everything n start a new beginning.
N don’t forget tht GOD alwayzz forgives u,now this is gonna help u, I think………….
